    NikFit Personal Training is a new addition to the fitness industry based in Nantwich, Cheshire. Specialising in home based exercise, the areas covered are Nantwich, Crewe, Sandbach, Tarporley, Winsford and surrounds! With a range of portable equipment, we have proven that you do not need a gym membership or a whole load of equipment to get into or stay in shape! Working from the comfort of your own home, in a local park, or other private venues, we have the ability to help you achieve your goals using methods to suit your ability, preference and individual needs. And it's not just 1-to-1 training on offer - small group training is also available.

I have always had a passion for sport and exercise and am always excited to help those wishing to make a step towards a healthy lifestyle. I have always tried to stay in shape myself (though it has not always been the shape that I would have liked!!) and have learnt so much already in my time as a personal trainer - I can see now the simple mistakes I have made, and the bad choices that I thought were good choices, all of which is so easily done when you don't know how. 
I qualified in August 2015 as a Level 3 certified Personal Trainer. My aim as a PT is not only to promote healthy living, but to educate, and encourage you to be fitter, healthier and therefore happier, by making small, effective changes to your way of life. Now I'm not talking drastic measures that will literally change your life - I'm talking moderation, and good choices.
We all know that over eating, under eating, eating too much fat, too much sugar, being inactive or not being active enough are all things that will stop you from achieving your dream body. But on the other hand, who has the time, money, or brain power to eat like Victoria Beckham, or work out like Arnie?! Not me.... not you. For us 'normal' people, realism is the key to success. Life does not allow us time to spend hours planning and making super healthy meals, or working out for hours every day. However we can ADAPT our lifestyles, learn how to turn those bad habits into good habits, but also still allow ourselves to enjoy our favourite things in life! I am the first to admit that I eat way too much pizza, have lazy days where I can't be bothered to work out, and occasionally have the odd drink (or 5!). However as long as there is moderation, we are on the right track to achieving our goals. 
Nothing feels as good as being comfortable in your own body.
