Qualified in Ante and Post Natal Exercise, NikFit Personal Training can offer you a specialised programme during and after your pregnancy. Whether you are a mother to be, or have just become a new mummy, we can help you get back into shape, remain in shape, or begin your journey after childbirth.
With our home visits, you can feel safe and confident in your own surroundings, and be close by to your baby at all times. We try to keep our sessions along the same lines as your normal exercise routine, with adaptations to make it safe for mother and baby, as well as focusing on pelvic floor exercises to help you during and after your pregnancy.
We can also educate you on how to stay nutritionally healthy, and can advise on every day activities to keep you safely active during and after your pregnancy.
